MEET OUR LEADERS

Paul is the lead pastor of New Heritage Community Church. Growing up in Rowland Heights, he attended UC Irvine and earned his B.A. in Sociology. He received his call to pastoral ministry and completed his M. Div. degree at Talbot School of Theology. Pastor Paul has been in ministry since 1993 serving in different capacities. He is married to Sarah, and they have two beautiful daughters and a precious son who has special needs. He enjoys grilling and watching sports, especially the LA Rams and is an avid F1 race fan (Go Red Bulls!). He is an unsuspecting trivia genius (ask him literally anything).

Joe serves on our finance team. He grew up in Louisiana. Joe has an aversion to kimchi and all condiments, especially ketchup and mustard. He is a coffee connoisseur and cannot function without it. You can always find Joe breaking it down on the dance floor.

Debra serves with Joe on the finance team. She is happily married to her husband, Alex. They have two adult children together, Noah and Danielle. Her greatest love and joy is Christ, but not too far behind is her dear granddaughter, Soleil. Debra and Alex enjoy watching The Chosen and the latest Korean dramas together.

Aaron serves on our praise team. He is married to his beautiful wife Kaila and has a younger sister with the same-sounding name, Erin. Aaron is a passionate sports fan, a die-hard supporter of Manchester United, Lakers, and the Rams. He never misses a Man U game. When he’s not watching sports, he’s on the mats training as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt.
